Beyond the ordinary
Meet Maggie | Registered Massage Therapist
Maggie brings over 25 years of clinical expertise and a deeply grounded approach to manual therapy. Her practice is built on trust, exceptional care, and a commitment to helping patients restore pain-free motion and achieve lasting wellness.
Her Journey & Training
Maggie graduated from the West Coast College’s extensive 3,000-hour program in 1999. After spending over 30 years living in the mountains—including 20 years collaborating with the local chiropractor in Jasper and running a dedicated private practice—she has brought her wealth of knowledge to Edmonton.
As a lifelong learner, Maggie continuously pursues advanced training to enhance her skills. She trained extensively through the prestigious Chikly Health Institute, specializing in a unique blend of Brain Therapy and Lymph Drainage Therapy (LDT). This specialized combination allows her to simultaneously address the physical fluid dynamics of the body and the intricate neurological structures of the central nervous system.
Philosophy & Approach
Maggie’s down-to-earth nature and calm presence instantly puts patients at ease, creating a safe, healing therapeutic environment. She believes in combining clinical expertise with a highly personalized approach, helping patients confidently navigate:
- Physical injuries and chronic pain
- Neurological imbalances and disease progression
- Emotional distress and stress management
Whether you are recovering from an injury or seeking to restore balance to your nervous system, Maggie looks forward to welcoming you with thoughtful, restorative care tailored to your unique goals.
Beyond the Clinic
Driven by a personal passion for wellness and serenity, Maggie finds her own balance in nature. When she isn't working in her clinic, you can find her hiking, practicing meditation, reading, on a VW tour or taking walks with her long-time canine friends Po & Maya.
